  I ordered a sandwich from this store at 9708 Kenwood road in Blue Ash Ohio, Once the sandwich got here the bread was hard as can be. No big deal I will just call and have them bring another out. Well I was wrong when I called the guy on the phone told me "The bread is fresh, and when you put fresh bread on a cold sandwich it happens." That would make sense if the sandwich was hard on the inside but it was not just the outside. I will NEVER order a Jimmy John's sandwich again. As this is was a complete waste of 12 dollars. The company I work for (Huge Global Company) orders at least 10 sandwiches from here daily, if not more. You would think that you would try to keep such customers happy. Just all the way wrong in how they handled it. Wouldn't even offer a credit. This is not a 5 dollar meal we are talking about this is 12 dollars and some change. But 1 customer lost forever no matter the location. Thanks for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
