I will never come here again and will advise others not to waste their money and time. We are customers and we deserve to be treated better. If this lady isn't happy working in customer service why in the world would she work there??? You have to be a people person because you are dealing with the public. I am in customer service myself and I know how to treat people, we are all equal, she was so rude that I couldn't believe it. My advice to the head manager. Hire better people or this Starbucks location will close down in no time.September 30, 2016
