  Firstly, I will say the food tasted okay. My 'beef' is with the customer service -- which was just terrible... and awkward. After waiting in the drive-thru line for a solid 10 minutes, I finally pulled up to pay. The guy at the window didn't greet me, and then said they were waiting on the potato cakes, so I have to wait some more... why are these things not ready during lunch time? People are stopping here on their limited lunch break (it's supposed to be fast food after all), and having to waste 15-20 minutes sitting in the damn drive-thru. The worst part was when I was being handed my food -- the window guy slowly hands me the bag while giving me this weird, creepy stare... and didn't say a word. No "thank you", "here's your food", "sorry about your wait", "sorry I'm creepy..." -- Nothing. It was a really off-putting experience. Suffice to say I will not be visiting the Blue Ash Arby's anytime soon. You gotta have better employees on the front line -- these people are the face of your business.
